Welcome to the June 2025 Blog for Shanti Sanctuary.
As the weather cools and the days become shorter, we have the opportunity to enter a time of deeper rest and introspection.
Yoga and Reiki are healing and nourishing ways for you to access that deep rest and quiet contemplation.
Restorative and Yin Yoga classes are specifically aligned with these elements. Both styles are offered at Shanti Sanctuary as 60 minute private yoga classes.

Additionally, Reiki is offered at 30 and 60 minute appointments. As our energy turns inward and slows down, Reiki helps us to soothe and calm our nervous system and support the energetic body.
For an even deeper experience, I suggest treating yourself to the Shanti Package- featuring 45 minutes of Yin/Restorative Yoga and 30 minutes of Reiki. Pure bliss.

Have you noticed a change in yourself as the season has shifted?
Our bodies are more in tune with the Earth and our surroundings than we may think.
I offer Shanti Sanctuary to you as your place of peace during any change you may be experiencing. This is a space for you to explore stillness, movement, reconnection, and presence.
