As I reflect on the last year, there have been so many new developments!

Some Highlights:

• And of course, the many private yoga and reiki clients who have come through the Sanctuary doors, making it all possible 💜

I am currently a one woman show and this has been a huge year of learning for me. Yoga & Reiki have taught me we are always unfolding, unravelling and unveiling new layers of our being. Our potential is limitless. Our evolution is endless. Change is the only constant.
